We built the remote job network that Europe was missing.
Most "international" job boards are just one big English-language site with a country dropdown. That doesn't work. A software developer in Munich isn't searching for jobs the same way as one in Madrid. The language is different. The expectations are different. The job market is different.
We started with remotely.de — a remote job board built specifically for the German market, in German, optimized for how German professionals actually look for work. It grew to over 130,000 visitors a month.
Then we did it again in Spain. And France. And we're not stopping.
What Out of Office is
Out of Office is the B2B layer that ties it all together. It's how employers access our entire European network through one portal — post a role once, reach job seekers across every market we serve.
Each local brand stays local. Same language, same search habits, same trust. But behind the scenes, it's one network, one dashboard, one team making sure your listing gets in front of the right people.
What we stand for
We believe remote work isn't a perk — it's how millions of people have chosen to build their careers. Not from a beach in Bali. From their living room in Lyon. From a home office in Hamburg. From a kitchen table in Krakow.
Out of Office exists for these people. And for the employers smart enough to know that's where the talent is.
